We had a very positive experience working with Sam. He was fluent in several different types of options for us, and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. We hit a few obstacles and Sam always came up with a solution and communicated with us every step of the way. We were impressed by the timeline he was able to provide and we're grateful he was recommended to us, and we will recommend working with Sam to others in the future.

We were working with our regular bank for almost five weeks on a mortgage for a new home in the Detroit area, and three days before our closing we were denied for a ridiculous reason. Our realtor suggested we contact Mr. Sam Reda and see if he could help. I contacted Mr. Reda on Friday afternoon, and even though he was out of town at a conference he sprung into action. Sam was super easy to work with. He quick responded to any questions I had (and I'm not easy :). In addition he reviewed all our docs ahead of time to make sure all underwriting went smooth and quick.
