Sam Reda is great to work with! He is patient, kind, knowledgeable and responded to my calls and emails within minutes. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and he was able to inform me of the process in a friendly and patient way. At the time, I lived on the west coast, and was buying a house in Michigan. Despite the 3 hour time difference, he was very accommodating to my schedule and quick to reply.

Sam went the extra mile in our home buying process. He was available every step of the way and help answer any question that we had. He works with the best group of people that make sure every item is crossed off the list. The first house that we were under contract on his appraiser took the time and found out the house was 300sft smaller than posted. What a find!! Sam went above and beyond to help make our home buying process easy and stress free. As many know, this can be a difficult process, but Sam was helped us through many of challenges, came to the closing and broke down all of the numbers for us while also providing us with financial information to help save us money over time, and he even reminded us of things we needed to do after closing. I worked with several big name banks for consideration on my mortgage including my current personal bank. I have learned that these big banks will over promise, over commit and under deliver 100% of the time. He had everything put together in a few days as I needed to close sooner than I thought anyone could but Sam was up to the task. He even text and called me the day of my close when he was on vacation. His assistant Christine is just as diligent and when they told me "everything is going to work out" it was with explicit trust that I knew they were right.
