This was about the 7th or 8th time I’ve used a mortgage company for either purchase or finance. The process was so much easier than all the other times. Sam and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and make the process so much more streamlined. Sam really works hard to provide great service and is available at all times for questions or to provide information/documentation. Sam worked tirelessly to get me the best rate and he made the process easy, all the way to settlement. Even with a few county delays, beyond anyone’s control, Sam adjusted all closing docs at the last minute and ensured we closed on time. Sam is a true professional and is the most experienced lender I have ever met. He knows the market and can provide solid, sound advice based on his years of experience. Recommend Sam 300%!!
