Sam was wonderful in helping us obtain our loan. We were working from Italy and needed to move in fast once we moved back to the states. He started the process right away and got us into our home before we even thought was possible. I would recommend him time and again!

SAM and his team are hands down the best part of buying a house. I used another mortgage company a long time ago and did not know that the service should have been better. SAM has ruined me from any other lenders because his service and the help of his team are above and beyond at every turn. I have used Sam more than once and I have alway closed on time. I can’t say enough good about “Bammer” and the rest of the team.

Sam was referred to me by my realtor. I reached out and within 30 minutes from my initial call had numbers and details as to what I was able to afford and what numbers would look like. Sam also advised me through a number of changes throughout my process, which was super helpful! He definitely made the lending portion of the experience super easy and I would absolutely refer him to anyone in need! I have even reached out to him about a re-fi for another property!!

Incredible turn around on everything. If something could not be done right away we knew when it would be completed. I would recommend Sam because we always got prompt, clear communication. It made the process so much easier for us. I wouldn't think of using another lender.

Working with Sam was the best! His cell phone was always on and I could call him at anytime. The people that work for him were equally accessible. Plus they always explained everything and gave me plenty of advance notice when they needed something. You can't go wrong with Academy Mortgage!
