Couldnt be happier with Sam and the entire Academy Mortgage team. I am not number savvy at all and was initially concerned with how that would affect my house buying process. A friend of mine referred me to Sam and i could not have been more impressed than I was. Made a tough process so incredibly transparent and easy. Do yourself a favor- go with Academy.

Sam was absolutely fantastic. Super responsive... on weekends, evenings mornings... so much so that I actually wonder if he has clones or intelligent robots that respond to his emails and make phone his calls. His financing was much better than several other competitors we made inquiries with and he worked with me to drop it more when the market dropped. Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor and at a minimum get a quote then go with Sam for the great customer service.

Sam and his team had to work with me and an 11 hour time difference while I was stationed overseas. Everyone was exceptionally professional, handled everything in a timely manner, and was willing to work beyond the time difference. The rate that Sam was able to help me get on my loan was exceptional, especially when the market began to flutter a little. I would certainly work with he and his team again.
