Working with Sam was the easiest part of our selling and buying process. Sam was with us every step of the way, from getting pre-approval on financing to closing. As with most real estate transactions, there were major last minute twists and turns, but Sam was very responsive and able to make it work. He worked closely with our agents to complete the transaction and he kept us near the mortgage payment we wanted. If you want a stress free buying process, go with Sam.

Sam is always there and always ready to help. Day or night! I had a family friend recommended and she didn’t answer when I needed a letter after 9pm so I called Sam instead and he helped even so late! I got my dream home because Sam and his team are wonderful. Can’t say enough good things!

Sam is a Miracle Worker! My job uprooted me from Michigan to Maryland and was having a few issues getting approved. That's when my Realitor are introduced me to Sam. I was at the time deployed to Afghanistan once we started the process. After four monthes in country, Sam sends me a congratulations, i was signing and reciving my new house keys on my second R&R! I have used Sam for my own personal house as well as 6 of my rental properties. Start to finish, he and his team are amazing and effcient. Not sure what connections he has but I have used other lenders and with some I some how always Get Top Dollar for my properties Cash out Refi........totally plan on uskng Sam on my next property coming up........
