When I first contacted Sam about a mortgage he was on vacation and got right back to me. Now that's someone who is dedicated to his clients. This was my very first mortgage ever and Sam was extremely helpful and insightful. He also put me in touch with two very capable realtors and now I'm living in my dream home. From beginning to end Sam Rosenblatt was always there and I would recommend him to anyone.

Sam is very good at what he does. I have refinanced with him twice and would likely do so again if the need arises. He is patient and helped guide me through every step of the process.

Between completing refi's and now a new original mortgage we will be completing our fourth transaction with Sam and his team. Without a doubt we would easily refer him to friends and family. In short a mortgage isn't something you do every day, so when you do you want someone you can trust to be thorough and helpful throughout the process. Sam is that guy that you can trust!.
