Sam is really easy to work with and explains things thoroughly, which was a great help as a first time home buyer. He's also super responsive (I think the longest I've had to wait for him to respond is minutes). Definitely would recommend.

Obtaining a mortgage can be daunting. Sam Rosenblatt and his team are by your side the whole way. It is convenient and efficient since all the paperwork is completed or uploaded online. Couldn't have made the process simpler. Thumbs up for Sam Rosenblatt and his team.
