Everything was very direct and to the point. There was no problem understanding what was needed and Sam and his conscientious staff were easy to contact, even on weekends and they put this first timer at ease and definitely went above and beyond. Sam was incredibly good at communicating (we were never left wondering where we were in the mortgage process; he always e-mailed us to let us know what was going on, and sometimes e-mailed us just to let us know that he was still working on our documents and hadn't forgotten us). Sam is a total pro in the industry. He's honest, responsive, and gives a personal touch to the loan process rather than just treating you as another number. My wife and I were already in the middle of the loan process with another lender, when Sam contacted us and offered a deal we couldn't pass up. Because of the sudden switch in lenders, we had a relatively tight closing window, and Sam was able to meet the deadline with no problems.
