Very clear detailed information for each step of the process. A video of each stage was provided so that we knew exactly what we were expected to produce for the procedure to flow smoothy. We were able to improve on the mortgage rate significantly.
Sam is so easy to work with. He explains the process of the home buying process in a way that is easy to understand, answers questions very clearly, always wants the best for his clients and has a great sense of humor too! We used Sam for our first mortgage and one refinance, and plan to use him again in the next year when we start looking for a new home.
