Sam helped us buy of very first home. He walked us through the process and patiently answered all of our questions. He helped us get a great interest rate and has also been able and willing to help us with refinancing possibilities, now that interest rates are even lower.

Sam was on top of things from the beginning. I have used him several times and have referred him to others who have also been impressed. His office makes the process easier by keeping in touch about the multitude of things the lenders may require. I have been a client of his for over 7 years and will use him again.

Sam and his staff at Academy Mortgage Corporation were excellent to work with. They responded to every question that I had in a quick and efficient manner. Their computer document system made it very easy to send documents and receive documents that required a signature .
