Having refinanced several times over the years, I was impressed. It was the most streamlined process I have ever participated in and his office staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The process was highly organized & automated unlike many others I have participated in.

Sam helped us along the entire process of our home purchase experience in 2012. He always quickly returned emails and phone calls. He answered every and any question and took time to make sure we understood and were comfortable.Most recently (2016) when I contacted him he immediately followed up and answered all my questions even giving me suggestions on what actions I could take with another financial institution.I'd recommend everyone to give Sam a call and see if he can assist your needs.

Great experience working with Sam. He was so helpful in our first home purchase before, during and now even after.Sam helped get us the best rate at the time and I still contact him regularly about lower rates and advice on refinance etc. with the house.

Sam is hands down the best mortgage specialist I've ever worked with. He refinanced my home for a rate that was better than I thought possible. He is very knowledgeable, proactive, timely, and respectful. I have recommended him to all my friends and colleagues who were looking for someone in his field. You just can't find anybody better.

5 stars (out of 5!) in every way. Sam provided me with virtually instant responses to an almost endless list of questions and requests that I sent him, including lots of different quotes/worksheets for differing prices and loan amounts. He was prepared to work with me constructively on price and genuinely wanted my business. He's been a delight to work with, and it gives me a lot of comfort having him on my team for such a major transaction.
