Working with Sam seemed too good to be true. Amazingly, it was true, He came highly recommended from my agent and the title company rep. He was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. When I buy again, I will definitely be calling Sam.

Sam has helped us by our first house, and then helped us when we moved and bought our second house. He is responsive and knowledgeable. He even took our call late one night and reworked the numbers to help us through some last minute concerns. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Mr. Rosenblatt and his staff worked with me for 3 months making sure I got the best deal and the house I wanted. Got a great rate and best of all his staff do all the hard work. Sam helped us with a home refinance. His knowledge of the market, in terms of selecting the right lender and loan terms, is extremely thorough. He and his staff were terrific in guiding us through the loan closing process, including accumulating all the paperwork we had to submit and coordinating the loan closing. He and his staff were exceptionally responsive, patient and diligent. I would definitely recommend him without qualification.

The only thing I can say is Sam is the best he's their day or night and he moves mountains in order to get your loan. Sam has a refinance my house in Huntvalley and finance the house we bought with my daughter in Federal Hill both went through smoothly with no drama
