Sam and his team put together a quick closing after the Short Sale Bank forced a quick closing after delaying the approval of the sale. Better interest rate than my usual bank. Any questions I had, Sam and his team had/got the answers to me quickly. Closed on time with no surprises at closing. Very nice. I will call on Sam again for my next purchase.

Let's be realistic being a first time home buyer is overwhelming and very scary! Sam and his team walked me through the entire process!!!! My experience with Sam and Guaranteed Rate was fantastic. He was responsive and kept the entire processing moving. Having purchased another property in the prior year and using a different mortgage broker the difference was night and day. Paperwork was handled effectively and I did not have to take off time from work. If the opportunity were to present itself again to need another mortgage I would reach out to Sam!

Sam and his team were great from the start all the way through the closing including a follow up after we closed. I just completed my third closing/refi with Sam. He has saved us so much money and always been reliable, available, and efficient. Not to mention he and his team take the time to make sure I understand everything, even when it takes me a while! Let me begin with saying that it took me a bit to trust in Sam and now that I worked with him, I will say that I do trust in his work and getting it done.
