The only thing that I would suggest you update is your ordering website and your confirmation emails for online ordering and store pick up. The website is a little confusing as to setting up in store pickup as opposed to home delivery and the confirmation emails are so “busy” (packed with lots of info) that it is hard to decipher if the item is in store, on its way etcetera.
Sam Ash was great. Micheal Kelly enlightened 55 Is sweet and sounds great. For a 399 open box deal i am pleased. Fed Ex took longer then expected.
