Ordered bow and it was shipped to me quickly. However, the box was smashed and the bow was damaged. I brought it into the store and they exchanged it for a new one. Great service!

Sam Ash was one of the few retailers to have the keyboard I wanted in stock. The price was great, shipping was free so I ordered.
