I can't yet comment on the guitar asnit is a gift
I had an issue with pricing on certain items but I contacted customer service and with the help of a supervisor they helped me get a price match on an item that I purchase for a higher price. It was a hassle free process and I can’t thank them enough. This was also done online with the helpful chat on the website. Thank you again Sam ash team you have one happy customer here!
Good customer service considering we are all social distancing. Found what I was looking for an got in and our quickly with minimal contact but good customer service.
I purchased a Pioneer turntable with the assistance of Alex, at the King of Prussia store, who was extremely helpful. I received my player in perfect condition within a few days. I have since called and spoken with Alex about additional equipment. He has been very patient in answering my questions and offering recommendations. It was amazing! I logged on to the chat for help in selecting an electric guitar for my husband. Aaron Calabrese walked me though the whole process, then called me to complete the transaction. He answered all of my questions, the whole deal took maybe 10 minutes, and Aaron was just as sweet and patient as can be! So excited to give my husband his gift!
Would be great if you offered a physical gift card to give as a gift. A paper print out is kind of tacky.
