No one tried to sell me a guitar, I was there to buy my daughter a guitar for her birthday and no was interested in talking to us. We did how ever see and play a guitar she liked and I later purchased it over the phone which took for ever. The lady on the phone was helpful and got me the guitar i wanted.. Customer service isn't a strong suit for sam ash.
Re-ordering my favorite manuscript books for my students was a breeze - as usual.
The gentleman who help us explained the difference in items we were looking for . And helped locate one from a different store . Seemed to know price and quality ranges . Very pleasant experience .
