We had a terrific salesperson in Kevin, who was quite helpful in number of areas. He was knowledgable on the differences between the two digital keyboards we wanted. He was clear and gave useful comparison information. He helped with the choice between an open box in store option vs the new box. And assured us that shipping is included.
