purchased a e-gift certificate for my son's birthday. It was send to my son's email address. The rep was Adam Brower and he was very helpful. Your system worked, but... The flaw in your system is that there is no place where the recipients email address (in this case my son's email) is listed in anything that was sent to me during the purchase or delivery process. Nor did I receive any confirmation that it was delivered to or recieved by my son. As I said, he received it so no harm done, but of all the gifts I have sent... read more

It was great. Was trying out different pianos and the sales rep came and found me...I didn't have to go find anyone. Answered my questions, gave me a few days to compare, shop and decide. We completed the sale over the phone, delivery to my house at some point today.
