Needed to purchase a product that was in short supply everywhere I looked. And I was looking to use it for a different purpose than originally intended. Not only did Sam Ash have it, but when I called to confirm how quickly it would go out, David in your call center was incredibly helpful. My order went out that night and has arrived in time for me to use it this weekend - and it will work for what I need to pack! (have to credit my husband for the idea to look for it)
I was looking for a coupon code for a $1k plus purchase and there were none that I could find. I contacted the chat support to see if they had any codes and he was able to discount an item in my cart for me!
