The salesman that helped me answered all of my questions and then followed up with me. Once I decided which guitar I wanted he made sure I got the best deal possible. After my purchase he let me know he’d track the order to make sure I was satisfied. It was so nice feeling like I was spending my money at the right place and my business was valued.

Visited strings and drum shop. Strings tech was great in ordering a book that was not in stock. Called my home to finish order as I had to leave. Drum tech showed the effectiveness and how to used some magnetic cymbal dampers/tunes. I ended up buying two set. Absolute wonderful experience.

I received the package a little later than any estimates I was given, but that may be due to mail delays. The guitar was in pristine condition and I could barely detect any visible wear or any damage. I didn't have a single issue with this purchase.
