I go to the Clearwater location. Chris in guitars was EXTREMELY patient when I brought in my three (very worn down) guitars. He was kind, knowledgable, helpful, and directed me to exactly what I needed. They were very busy and the phone was ringing off the hook, and it was clear they are understaffed, at least today. I've worked in customer service my whole life and I received EXCELLENT service from Chris. I even ended up buying a fourth guitar! Sofia is very helpful and sweet as well. Overall a great experience going there.
