Hey there, I will always be a Sam Ash customer. Steve and Jordan both answer all my questions and was very helpful. What happen was the Item that I was buying, I did not do my research to well on the Item. I was supposed to check for Thunderbolt 3 for my new apple computer and did not. So I found out later that the Discrete 4 from Antelope Audio was not T-3, but Thunderbolt 2 My mistake, nothing to do with Sam Ash Cheers!

Ordered an item that was experiencing extended delays due to the pandemic. Multiple staff members called me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Make no mistake this is why I didn't cancel the order and place it with Musicians Friend/Sweetwater as they had the item in stock.
