Excellent all round! William Handy in particular was more than helpful, the staff at, Lee Rd, in Orlando were very helpful too when I picked the guitar up, and I also bought a practice Vox amp. Website easy to use and products delivered promptly. My only concern is that I didnt have to sign for the guitar, it was left on my front step. Pretty expensive item to not have to sign for.
