Sam Ash is great so far. Even though ive only made small purchases (and by small i mean less than $50) they have treated me like a first class customer. When i placed my first order i accidentally typed in the wrong address. I had to call customer service to get it fixed but it was quick and painless. Completely my fault but they fixed it like it never happened. Super nice people. And shipping is quick too. Ive got my eye on a Gibson Firebird next year and im 100% sure im gonna buy it from Sam Ash!

It's easy being a good company when all is well, but you find out what they're really made of when something goes wrong and they fight making it right. You don my respect and busíness mu friends. Á $14 Ernie ball order was small to some, but bíg enough for you guys to show the concern! ✌💟
Customer service reps who actually want to help. Better prices than some competitors. I've never had a bad experience and if I did I'm sure they would do whatever possible to fix it unlike other companies. I feel welcome.
My only complaint with ordering stuff from Sam Ash online in the past was the delay in confirmation email, but that has been fixed! Fair prices, fast shipping and communication is now a 10/10!
I have been trying to get a left-handed Kurt Cobain Jaguar from Guitar Center for eight months.. I live right by them and they have been giving me the runaround. I called Sam Ash within a week I have the guitar in my hand delivered right to my house kudos to you I would definitely recommend you people
