Sam Ash makes it so easy to learn about all of their equipment then they make it even easier to purchase those products. I was a loyal customer of Guitar Center until they changed their sales staff and made it very difficult to shop there. That was when I tried Sam Ash and I have been a customer ever since.

I have ordered instruments and gear from a number of websites but I have never received the kind of personal service that I received from Jordan with Samash.com. My guitar was backordered and Jordan called several times as well as emailed me to let me know the status of my order and always made himself available for any questions or concerns that I might have. Found a great deal on some used monitors that were supposedly mint condition. After just having a horrible experience buying used at another big music store, I was hesitant. But my order arrived (very quickly) and if it weren't for the Sam Ash logo packaging tape, I'd swear these we're brand new. Saved me a $100. Can't imagine going anywhere else after this.
