The sales rep was very helpful and courteous. He also extended and honored an e-mail promo towards this item. I will be purchasing future items from them and no longer dealing with my previous national provider of 30 years due to their lack of Customer service.and care.
My travel didge arrived about a week faster than expected. It was very well packaged and arrived with 2 catalogs. (Sam Ash and Meinl). The didge is exactly as it was described and I am having fun learning how to play it. I would have no problem buying from Sam Ash again

Sam Ash should have more stores than Guitar Center. The service, the organizing of the instruments, and the efficient use of resources is EXTREMELY vital and you guys really hit the nail on the hammer with it. The only thing that disappoints me from you guys is the fact that you don't have a lot of stores so that more people can experience such an amazing service.
