Fast shipping and handled with care
I ordered something, but it was back ordered and found it somewhere else. I called customer service to cancel the order of the back ordered item. It was shipped anyway. So I called back somewhat annoyed. And the rep was able to intercept the product while it was in transit. Great service, Thank you!

I would have given a higher score only if the communication about the status of my order was better. Apparently the item was in stock at my local store which I did not know when I ordered it (I elected "ship to store"). The order status I got in email was "item shipped 8/19/22'. The order status on my account page said the same and that the order was complete. I expected to hear via email or text when my order was available for pickup.
