I purchased a Thalia capo and it arrived very quickly. I was surprised to see thumb prints on the chrome of a supposedly new item.
The transaction, speed of order processing, and shipping time were perfect! I ordered on Sunday afternoon and received my package on Wednesday afternoon. Why not 5 Stars then? Two things, #1: Sam Ash needs to allow our shipped orders to be modified by the receiver of the package. What do I mean by this? My package was shipped FedEx. I have FedEx Delivery Manager. Normally when a package is coming I can change the delivery to have it held at a FedEx Store or staffed counter. Not everyone can be home during the day of delivery... read more
