Very easy ordering process. Aidan was professional and very helpful in helping me find the right bass guitar strings for my husband. Love this store, but it is on the other side of town from where I live and the ability to order over the phone and have the item(s) shipped right to my house is awesome.
Isaiah at the Cleveland store was helpful in providing information about the used clarinet I purchased. The person at the Miami-Dade store was also helpful (that is where the clarinet was located). Isaiah followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Everyone was kind, professional and knowledgeable.
