I would have given a higher score only if the communication about the status of my order was better. Apparently the item was in stock at my local store which I did not know when I ordered it (I elected "ship to store"). The order status I got in email was "item shipped 8/19/22'. The order status on my account page said the same and that the order was complete. I expected to hear via email or text when my order was available for pickup. Called the Dolphin store to confirm that they had a Holton Trombone still in stock. The rep was extremely helpful and even verified with his eyes that he had and could ship the item for me. All told, the entire transaction took less than 20 minutes. The order was placed on a Saturday, Trombone was shipped on Monday and we had the instrument Wednesday afternoon.
