Called the Dolphin store to confirm that they had a Holton Trombone still in stock. The rep was extremely helpful and even verified with his eyes that he had and could ship the item for me. All told, the entire transaction took less than 20 minutes. The order was placed on a Saturday, Trombone was shipped on Monday and we had the instrument Wednesday afternoon.
