Guitar arrived fast and I love it but it had an issue. The guitar strap knobs were missing. Called customer service, not emailed, and was helped immediately by rep Lisa. All worked out perfectly as agreed upon. Stuff can happen but I was impressed with the customer service in resolving the issue.
