My order was online, so I didn’t get to interact much with people at the store. When trying to place my order and entered a promo code, it didn’t take it, I called and someone very nice helped me to place my order and applied the discount. When picking up at the store there was only one person at the cashier and eas very slow process.
David Weintraub, my salesman made all of my purchases at Sam Ash a great experience. He searched through the inventory on several occasions to get me the guitars I wanted. On this Occasion, I got a Gibson Es335 lefty. The guitar is beautiful. Previously, David sold me 2 Gibson Slash Les Paul guitars. Sam Ash is the only place I would go to for my guitar purchases!!!
