Very easy on line process. The return to the local Store option was the closer for me. Prefer to play a guitar before purchase but this made it doable. Also, the Bio for each guitar was great. Got the wood grain I wanted, and a LP under 9 lbs! Thanks, Rick
I really liked the customer service. The store manager called me to make sure that I was certain about the keyboard that I was getting. Then I received it within two day. It was super fast. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The Queens New York store is great!! Anthony the sales rep took great care of me!!!! I will definitely be doing business with you again!!! You even wrapped my keyboard so secure to ship it to San Antonio Texas where I live. I could have got this keyboard elsewhere for $100 cheaper, but I don't think I would have got the customer service and the care that my keyboard received there Thanks for taking care of your customers like me.
