Extremely satisfied The staff actually know about the items they are selling and if they dont have a answer to a question they will find the answer for you. I made a purchase over the phone and all went great. First of all, I knew what I wanted to buy: clarinet mouthpieces and ligatures, of a special brand-maker. When the chat began, I needed to open further screens to obtain skew numbers of the products; however there was no interruption to the chat conversation when resuming, no loss of data in other words. I asked for a discount, and a small one was provided. All went "without a hitch'. Thanks.
