Extremely satisfied The staff actually know about the items they are selling and if they dont have a answer to a question they will find the answer for you. I made a purchase over the phone and all went great. I bought a Yamaha PSR-425 and samash was the only place that had one in stock the sales man found one they had at one of there stores and had it shipped to me. First of all, I knew what I wanted to buy: clarinet mouthpieces and ligatures, of a special brand-maker. When the chat began, I needed to open further screens to obtain skew numbers of the products; however there was no interruption to the chat conversation when resuming, no loss of data in other words.
