My first time going to SamAsh in years, and I was treated very well and received exceptional service. I went in to look at the keyboards and I received assistance from the GM himself! Extremely nice man and fantastic piano player. He was kind, informative, and friendly. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone!!!

It’s always a good experience working with the folks from Sam Ash. I’ve never gotten an ‘attitude’ from any of their people, they take the time to work with you and communicate well through the whole process. AND they actually know what they’re taking about (or will quickly get someone who specializes in that area) … unlike some people at other music store chains who I sometimes feel I like I’m actually teaching. A+
