My wife and I came into the store in 34th in Manhattan on a whim while on vacation. Beautiful collection of equipment and kind, helpful staff. I played a particular acoustic on sale and really liked it. But, I walked out without it. After we returned home, I regretted it. So, I called the store and worked with Andy Suh.
