I made my purchase on a Sunday. Someone prepared the order to ship so it would go out on Monday. As a result I received my item quickly and sooner than expected. The item I purchased was packaged in the original box and did not show any signs of use, it was like new. I am happy with the purchase and as a result would not hesitate to purchase from Sam Ash Direct in the future and have added them to my favorite sellers list as well.

I have to say.. Hands down Sam Ash is the only place Id buy Drum heads...Two reasons Timely .shipping and most importantly They Pack the shippments better than anyone else. They use solid boxes and internal padding to protect your Item..Drum heads are fragile and Sam Ash takes extra care. Thanks ..
I came in to pick up an order I made over the phone. Person at front desk was very kind and helpful having my order brought out by another friendly person and didn't have to wait at all. I received a nonfunctional AKG C414XLS. These mics are fairly robust, but you can't beat on them like and SM58. It was a rare incident. SamAsh asked a few troubleshooting questions, then issued a return label and a refund. I simply placed another order and received a perfectly working mic in 2 days. The person at Sam Ash that helped me was great. I don't want to mention names for privacy, but I got good service..
