They had an item I needed that no one else seems to have in stock. Unsure how - but I'm grateful. They couldnt find it at one stored (MIA) so they sent it as a floor model from another store. I received a discount for it being a floor model. SO - Im very thrilled!

Great delivery. The warehouse called before sending out that it is a demo-model to avoid surprises, which I knew before, nice that they rechecked though. Guitar was set up nicely and is flawless.
I called about getting Fender locking tuners with all 6 being the same height. They said they had them but when I got them, 3 were the right height and 3 were taller. The shipping was great but the product was wrong even after I called and ordered them...
