What a great experience. I had been looking to purchase a Rickenbacker guitar for a long time. Because of the waiting list I was never really able to reserve one. It's a great online store with a great set of options. I've been using them for years.
Not much to say. I need a specific drum head, they directed me to a location in Florida to order it. It arrived two days later.
My order was ready, the only thing is I thought curbside pickup was available so I didn't have to go"in-store" due to omicron raging, but anyways, I got what I ordered!
Staff at the Paramus location are always friendly and cooperative.
David was on top of it, and made everything work out perfectly!
