Just wanted to say how awesome it was for Team Matthews (Matt Foster and Matt Stone) to accommodate me on a failed order for a Gibson guitar back in August of last year. I was waitlisted for months and was expecting to get it for Christmas, but then I called it in to see if they would have the guitar ready for me by then only to be told that the guitar was not going to be in stock and was discontinued. When I called to find out whether my purchase was ready for pick-up, I was connected to Max Ash -- a family member of the owners of Sam Ash. Not only was he very helpful, I was impressed that the store still had Ashes working for it.
Sam Ash did everything right. The Martin guitar cases, 640 has a flaw - the case strap is too short. I returned it.
