Most of the order was received overnight the rest two day. Very friendly. I mentioned the three harmonicas and braces (HH 154) were for Kentucky Tornado Relief. The order was being shipped from Hicksville NY and Tampa FL so I went with the suggestion to take delivery and ship myself to Kentucky and yikes $36 shipping/5 day! I didn’t want the order split up to Kentucky: Anyway in the end some Kentuckians will be a little happier and I was very happy with Sam Ash.
