The order was shipped as promised, arrived in good condition although the outer box had some wear. But this didn't affect the merchandise
All staff members at this location are very friendly and helpful. Sabrina Johnson was fabulous. She went the extra mile to keep me updated on a shipment and then actually helped get the drums set up & ready for pick up. She also sent me a follow-up email for future needs. She is a great employee and should be recognized for her hard work.
I had a very helpful employee (Max?) who helped walk me through the sale over the phone. He was great and the gift arrived on time.
Just wanted to say how awesome it was for Team Matthews (Matt Foster and Matt Stone) to accommodate me on a failed order for a Gibson guitar back in August of last year. I was waitlisted for months and was expecting to get it for Christmas, but then I called it in to see if they would have the guitar ready for me by then only to be told that the guitar was not going to be in stock and was discontinued.
