Everyone at Sam Ash was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure my guitar purchase was flawless and positive.
The order process went very well. Sam Ash did a wonderful job of keeping me informed throughout the process, even letting me know that the shipment wasn't available at the orginal store and would be coming from a different store. All items received were well packed and although I haven't had a chance to set them up and use them, they appear to be in fine working order.
