AWESOME. After having a particular snare drum in my sights for 3 years I finally got it. However, the one I bought was located in the East Coast, which was the only one available in the entire company. Joseph S emailed me notifying me of the situation. Since the snare they had was the only one and a demo, he offered to replace the heads plus take a few bucks off. Outstanding customer service Joe. Thanks again!
Although I am happy with a few purchases that I made, I am disappointed with the fact that I made a purchase and received information about shipping but the item was not available. It was still posted on the website and not available. I find this to be very confusing.
