Purchased a floor model on line. The guitar wasn't what I expected and had a few flaws. That's the bad part. THE GOOD PART was the customer service department. I sent a few photos and they helped me return it to my local Sam Ash for a full refund. My lesson in this was guitars are like shoes , you better try them on before you buy them!
