Not only did they have a specialty instrument in stock, I got it for a great price. Shipping was immediate and arrived exactly as estimated. More importantly, it came anyway with two important parts that it stated wasn't available with this purchase. That was solid! Only con, nobody answers the phone in the Houston location.
