Couldn't be happier with my first Sam Ash experience. Last Friday I had been looking everywhere online to buy a new Martin SC-13E acoustic guitar. The base price was exactly same at each vendor, but nobody except Sam Ash had the guitar in stock. I placed the order Friday afternoon and the guitar arrived via FedEx on the next day, Saturday morning, even though the shipping was free. Was not expecting that -- amazing service!!
