Call to order a new cable for my wireless guitar system to see if it was the cause of my system not working. The representative that helped me sent me a replacement cable at no charge which I really appreciated. I’ve been using Samsung wireless systems for about 20 years and never had any issues with them. Ordered it one evening and showed up on doorstep 3 days later. Easily assembled by my two young teen grandsons the Casio PX770 is wonderful to listen to and inspired my 7 y/o granddaughter to start taking lessons.
Purchased Hercules guitar stand and Gibson hard shell case - shopping and transaction easy/straight forward. Case is on back order; received stand sooner than originally posted, which was nice. I did find the order tracking system cumbersome. Other e-tailers link a tracking number directly to the shippers website. I had to cut and paste ... not a big deal, just a point of comparison. Also, with the guitar case on back order, there's no obvious link to a CSR/e-CSR to find out time frame for actual shipping of item; at least n... read more
